Providence Road’s program utilizes a unique cultivation model that takes youth from fighting to meet their basic needs to realize their full potential.

ENGAGEMENT

We address our youth’s environmental limitations by meeting their basic hunger needs and providing easy access to our programs.

CONNECTION

We establish a sphere of safety in the neighborhood that allows our youth to practice relationships and honesty in a constructive context.

PRACTICE

We actively support and celebrate our youth as they practice building trust, diligence, and structure on the road to restoration.

EMPOWERMENT

We develop our youth’s ability to identify and grow their own story through one-on-one mentorship and expanding opportunities and horizons.

LEADERSHIP

We cultivate young leaders with the insight, structure, and practice required to change the trajectory of their lives and their local community
